SAMUEL NEF - LEGAL ASSOCIATE
Samuel Nef studied law in Zurich. After completing his degree in 2004, he joined the Swiss Competition Commission in Bern as a junior legal advisor in the sector of product markets, gaining a wealth of experience in competition law.
Samuel Nef completed his legal training at Schmid Giuliani Rechtsanwälte in Teufen (AR) in 2006, he has been employed in various positions in public administration and in the private sector, and has thus acquired a broad knowledge across various legal areas.
Mr. Nef has been supporting Olivier Riesen as an external legal advisor since 2009 and is also employed as a manager in the credit card department of a major bank.
In addition to his mother tongue German, Samuel Nef speaks French, Italian, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
